Geoscape Explainer Video

Geoscape is a complex dataset with many different levels. Trying to explain what Geoscape is to someone can often be a very difficult task, especially if they have had no prior GIS exposure.

We were getting increased interest in Geoscape from non-GIS industries, such as insurance, property development, emergency services; and we wanted potential customers to understand our value proposition and get to that “a ha” moment straight away. 

We engaged an animation agency to create this video, my role was to lead the team and oversee the creative direction of the video whilst ensuring it accurately depicted our core value proposition. This involved scripting, storyboarding, selecting voice overs and application of creative strategy.
